Delete your Math Empowered account

What happens next

• Signed in: you confirm by typing DELETE, and your account is deleted straight away.
• Not signed in: we email a confirmation link to the account address. Nothing is deleted until you open the link and confirm. The link works for 24 hours.
• Once you confirm, everything is deleted permanently straight away: your profile and sign-in, your saved Suite content (games, sorts, pacing schedules, Calendar Lab classes, saved resources), your Math Talk Coach practice, transcripts and feedback, every class session you hosted with all of its student responses and images, and any feedback you sent us.
• The only thing we keep is a minimal billing record required for tax and accounting (payment IDs, amount and date). Your name and email are removed from it.
• If your school or district manages your account, they can also ask us to remove it.
• Boards saved in the Build Lab app live only on your device; deleting the app removes them.
